Fees Payment Rules and Regulations

Mode of Payment

Payment of the School is submitted through various modes like ‘Net Banking, Phone pay, Google Pay, Paytm, Cash, DD & Cheque etc.’

The Payment is taken in two instalments.

No deduction of fee is to be made for period of absence or holidays.

One calendar month’s notice is required in writing before a child is withdrawn from school or one month’s fee is to be paid in lieu of notice. The same rule will apply for withdrawal from the school bus.

A fine of Rs.100 will be charged if the cheque is dishonoured. (In case if fee is deposited through cheque) Thereafter the fee will be accepted by cash only.

In case of the last date of payment being a holiday, the fee should be paid on the previous working day.

No deductions are made for vacations or broken periods. Fees once paid are not refundable.

Withdrawal/Expulsion Rules:-

Before withdrawing a student from the school, a month’s notices will be given or a month’s fees in lieu of notice will be deposited.
No school leaving certificate will be issued unless requested in writing by the parents and all dues are cleared.
Any pupil failing two years in succession in the same class or failing twice in three consecutive years will have his/her name struck off the roll and will not continue in the school.
The Principal reserves the right to expel a student who fails to make satisfactory progress in his/her studies or whose conduct is in any way, detrimental to the discipline of the institution, for immorality, insubordination or contempt, without prior notice to the parents.
Not withstanding the contents of the prospectus the Principal may, at his discretion, ask parent at any time to take his ward out of the school.
